New Year New Me...The Beginning

Ok so New Years isn't for another few weeks...and instead of waiting til then to find something to improve myself with I think I will start tomorrow. A few years ago after seeing the Bucket List I wanted to put my own list together. I did and only got like 3 things on that list done so this time I really want to get it done and I think this Blog will help me get there. So I have put together a list of things to do and experience adn for the next year I will write about them and other things that happen durig this time. So below please see my list.
• Accepting eating Gluten Free Diet
• Complete Couch to 5k Program
• Run at least 3 5ks
• Gym 4-5 times a week
• Read a new book a month (Nov 09 – Dec 10)
